What We’re Searching For

Cornerstone is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality interior and exterior paint finishes that exceed customer expectations. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently, and is committed to producing clean, professional results while maintaining a safe and organized jobsite. 

What You’ll Do

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, caulking, and priming to ensure a quality finish.  
• Apply paint, stain, and other coatings according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.  
• Inspect completed work, correct deficiencies, and ensure a clean, professional finished product.  
• Protect customer property, maintain a clean and organized work area, and properly care for painting tools and equipment.  
• Work efficiently with the crew to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship. 

What You Need

• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting is required.  
• Experience with interior and exterior painting is preferred.  
• Knowledge of proper surface preparation and paint application techniques.  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
