Rally (“Rally,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through teamrallyx.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you enter — your first and last name, email address, phone number, company or organization, the topic of your inquiry, your message, and, for construction inquiries, the trade(s) you’re interested in. If you apply for a job, your application is handled by our recruiting provider (Paylocity), and the information you submit there is governed by that provider’s privacy practices.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the pages you view — for security and to keep the Site running reliably. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site; it sets cookies and collects usage data (such as pages viewed and approximate location) to provide aggregate statistics. We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate team or company within Rally, follow up with you, and provide the information or services you request. We use technical information to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes. These include our customer-relationship platform (Go High Level), our website host and form provider (Netlify), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our recruiting platform for job applications (Paylocity). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business purposes, and longer where required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us by emailing hello@teamrallyx.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell personal information, no opt-out of sale is necessary.

Third-party links

The Site links to our portfolio companies and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to review their policies.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
